Our services

Coroom provides property management services for shared housing and rooming houses, and facilitates room applications between landlords and prospective tenants. We are not a party to the resulting tenancy agreement unless separately engaged as the managing agent.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you submit through the site.

Rental appraisals & estimates

Figures produced by our rental calculators and appraisal tools are indicative estimates only, not a valuation or guarantee of achievable rent.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
